STRUCTURE
Earthquake-resistant foundation with RCC-framed structure (to withstand wind & seismic loads) using Ultratech RMC/equivalent make, steel from Kamadhenu/ equivalent make, and Fe 500D TMT Bars.
SUPER STRUCTURE
8” thick solid block for external walls and 4” thick solid block for internal walls, with materials from a top-quality brand.
PLASTERING
- INTERNAL WALLS : 12MM coat cement plaster with smooth finishing by sand and Ultratech or Birla Cement or equivalent, with Birla Putty or equivalent finish.
- EXTERNAL WALLS :18 mm double-coat, sand-faced cement plaster from Vijayawada Sand/M sand/equivalent make. Cement from Birla Shakthi/Maha/Chettinad/Penna/ Dalmia/Orient/equivalent make of OPC/PPC Grade.
- EXTERNAL WALLS : 12 mm single coat smooth cement plaster finish using Vijayawada Sand/ Msand/equivalent make. Cement from Birla Shakthi/Maha/Chettinad/Penna/Dalmia/ Orient/ equivalent make of OPC/PPC Grade • Designer gypsum board from Saint-Gobain/Gyprock/equivalent make. - MAIN DOOR : Indian BT (teak wood) frame section (5” x 3’) with four sides (6”) of Indian BT (teak wood) patti. Two sides of veneered door/shutter from Green Ply/equivalent make, with melamine polishing and designer hardware of stainless steel. Locks from Europa/ Godrej/Dorset/equivalent make.
- INTERNAL DOORS : Indian GMT or African (teak wood) frame section (4’’ x 3’) with designer flush doors and two sides veneer with melamine polishing and designer hardware of stainless steel. Locks from Europa/Godrej/Dorset/equivalent make.
- BALCONIES & UTITLITY : uPVC sliding doors (French doors) with glass and mosquito mesh in suitable finishes from Fenesta/LG/equivalent make.
